Cancellation conditions: If you cannot take your booked holiday or have to cancel:

In case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival we charge 30 % of the booked travel price.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged 70% of the total amount
In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100 % of the total amount booked will be charged.

Important:
These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled apartments are re-rented in whole or in part.
The deposit paid will not be refunded.

We recommend that you take out insurance to protect your stay, we recommend Europäische Reiseversicherung (European Travel Insurance).

We accept cash, EC debit card, Visa and MasterCard. (no Diners and American Express).

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

The obligatory final cleaning of € 70 is not included in the price.
The visitor's tax of € 1.75 per person/night from 14 years of age is not included in the price and is paid on site.

In case of damage detected at the end of the stay, the corresponding amount will be charged.
